The course is required for anyone who may disturb asbestos at work, including builders, electricians, plumbers, maintenance staff, engineers, and landlords. Employers are legally responsible for making sure their workers receive asbestos awareness training.
The online course usually takes around 1–2 hours to complete. Once finished, your CPD certificate is valid for 12 months, after which a refresher is recommended.
